Hey there! I’m Richard Demoors—born in British Columbia, Canada, and proud to now call Arlington, WA home since 2003. I moved here right before marrying my amazing wife Kathy in early 2004 and became a proud stepdad to her two awesome sons, Brandon and Justin. We’ve been rooted here ever since, and I truly love this community. Before diving into real estate, I spent years as a CDL food delivery driver, covering nearly every corner of Washington—from Blaine to Vancouver and everywhere in between. My customers knew me as the guy who always showed up early, got things done right, and looked out for them—and that’s exactly how I now take care of my real estate clients too.
